Product introduction:

"High density polyethylene outer protective pipe polyurethane foam prefabricated directly buried insulation pipe" is widely used in urban central heating and cooling fields. Can be used to transport long-term operating temperature is not higher than 130 ℃ hot water, hot oil, cold water and other media. It has the characteristics of good heat preservation effect, small occupied area, low engineering cost, long service life and convenient installation.

The directly buried insulation pipe is closely combined with the working steel pipe (core pipe) for conveying medium, polyurethane insulation layer and polyethylene outer protection pipe. The working steel pipe adopts seamless steel pipe, spiral seam steel pipe and straight seam steel pipe which meet the national standard or the standard of the Ministry of Petroleum; the polyethylene outer protective pipe is made of high density polyethylene resin, which has high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance; the polyurethane insulation layer material is polyurethane foam with core density not less than 60kg/m3.

Foam, foam completely fills the gap between the working steel pipe and the polyethylene outer protective pipe, and firmly bonds with the working steel pipe and the outer protective pipe to ensure that the working steel pipe, the polyethylene outer protective pipe and the polyurethane insulation layer form a solid whole.
