The working steel pipe adopts seamless steel pipe, spiral seam steel pipe and straight seam steel pipe which meet the national standard or the standard of the Ministry of Petroleum; the polyethylene outer protective pipe is made of high density polyethylene resin, which has high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance; the polyurethane insulation layer material is polyurethane foam with core density not less than 60kg/m3. Foam, foam completely fills the gap between the working steel pipe and the polyethylene outer protective pipe, and firmly bonds with the working steel pipe and the outer protective pipe to ensure that the working steel pipe, the polyethylene outer protective pipe and the polyurethane insulation layer form a solid whole.
