    Product introduction:

    "Steel sleeve steel outer sliding prefabricated directly buried steam insulation pipe" is mainly used in urban central heating, industrial heat source pipeline and other fields. It can be used to transport steam medium with operating temperature not higher than 350 ℃ and pressure not higher than 1.6Mpa, and buried underground depth of 1-2m. It has the characteristics of good heat preservation effect, small occupied area, good waterproof effect and long service life.

    The outer side of the working steel pipe (core pipe) is coated with the non-polar zinc-rich primer anti-corrosion layer, and the working steel pipe is protected by electrochemical anti-corrosion method to extend the service life.

    The thermal insulation material adopts centrifugal glass wool and multi-layer wrapping to effectively reduce heat loss; the aluminum foil reflective layer is added to the thermal insulation layer to further reduce heat loss by using the radiation reflection principle to ensure that the temperature of the outer sleeve is lower than 50 ℃.

    The flexible sliding steel frame form ensures the concentricity between the working steel pipe and the outer steel pipe, which can ensure the free sliding of the working steel pipe. A hard insulation ring is arranged between the sliding steel frame and the working steel pipe to prevent the generation of thermal bridges.

    An air layer is arranged between the thermal insulation material and the outer jacket steel pipe, which can be used as a gas flow channel, and a moisture drainage pipe is arranged near the fixed bracket, which can discharge moisture in the thermal insulation layer through the moisture drainage pipe during the operation of the pipeline.

    The jacket steel pipe forms a closed system, which effectively solves the difficulty of waterproof and anti-leakage. The anti-corrosion layer is processed on the outside of the outer steel pipe to effectively solve the problem of buried corrosion of the outer steel pipe.
